• Four+ years of bookkeeping and accounting administrative support with US real estate or property management experience.
• Two+ years in a global remote environment for a North America-based company.
• Strong discretion handling financial data with confidentiality.
• Experience managing property-level transactions, tenant ledgers, rents, reimbursements, and deposits.
• Willingness to perform repetitive admin tasks alongside bookkeeping.
• Available to commit 20 hours per week.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Dependable with strong organizational skills and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform Buildium data entry and property bookkeeping daily.
• Run routine bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage AP/AR, vendor invoices, and payments.
• Track property-level income/expenses and tenant ledgers.
• Maintain organized records, schedules, and documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and assist in month-end reporting.
• Support with credit card disputes and refunds posting.
• Coordinate with admin and property management teams for documentation.
• Handle personal/family financial tasks and related data entry as needed.
