Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper for a remote, full-time role in real estate. You will manage day-to-day accounting across multiple LLCs using QuickBooks, ensure accurate financial records, and coordinate with the ownership team and external CPA.

The position requires strong English communication, 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, and comfort working remotely with US Pacific Time overlap. Prior real estate accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally 3+ years.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks.
• Real estate accounting experience: rental properties, multiple LLCs.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Solid grasp of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, reconciliations).

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks files for multiple LLCs/entities.
• Record and reconcile rental income, reserve income, security deposits, CAM income, and tax escrows.
• Post and reconcile ledger and journal entries for real estate transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with CPA and ownership team; communicate issues timely.
