Job summary

ConnectCPA LLP is a fully remote, growth‑minded CPA firm seeking a seasoned bookkeeper to manage multiple clients. You will perform weekly bookkeeping (accrual and cash), respond to client questions, keep books current and accurate, and prepare month‑end reports in a fast‑paced setting.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of accrual bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting systems, with hands-on use of Xero, QBO, Hubdoc, and Dext.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep understanding of accrual bookkeeping, payroll, debits/credits, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with invoicing, payables, tax rates, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Weekly bookkeeping for multiple clients (accrual and cash basis).
• Answer client questions related to bookkeeping support.
• Ensure client books are up-to-date, accurate, and organized.
• Prepare month‑end reports and insights.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
