Qualifications

• Proficient with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of 10–15 small business clients.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records within QuickBooks.
• Ensure general ledger activity is properly coded and classified.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and support client reviews with the CPA.
