Job summary

CEO-Sidekicks is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support multiple clients with diverse financial processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and efficiency while handling several client accounts remotely.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years (4+ preferred) of bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Xero, and a proven ability to manage concurrent client needs with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience, preferably 4+ years.
• Experience in a bookkeeping firm, accounting firm, or CPA firm is required.
• Proven experience managing bookkeeping for multiple clients or businesses simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and bookkeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients across various industries.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Record, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Organize and maintain client financial documentation.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely completion of bookkeeping tasks.
• Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
