Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a QA Test Manager- Remote to lead large-scale application testing from anywhere in Mexico. The role requires senior expertise in testing methodologies, automation, and cross-functional leadership to drive quality across programs.

The ideal candidate will mentor QA staff, provide technical guidance, and spearhead audits and process improvements to optimize long-term testing strategies. Intermediate English and flexible remote work are expected.

Qualifications

• Total Experience: Typically requires 8–10 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance.
• Testing Methodologies (8+ Years): Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall environments.
• Test Automation & Development (5+ Years): Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools including Selenium, Java, API testing, and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Manage end-to-end testing of entire software applications or major projects with large development and QA teams.
• Mentorship: Regularly mentor and guide junior QA staff on software testing concepts.
• Technical Guidance: Act as a technical expert for complex testing techniques.
• Quality Auditing: Plan, facilitate, and conduct quality assurance audits.
• Process Improvement: Analyze audit findings and track actions to closure.
• Strategy Optimization: Identify and implement changes to enhance long-term testing strategies.
