Job summary

Beepo, a Probe Group company, seeks a Purchasing Specialist to support sourcing, category management, supplier relationships, and transactional purchasing. The role focuses on meeting business objectives from Clark, Pampanga, with a remote work setup and day shift.

The candidate should have at least 3 years in procurement, strong negotiation, and proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and SharePoint, with excellent English communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in procurement.
• Strong vendor sourcing practices and negotiation skills.
• Good MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency and ERP/SharePoint experience.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Team player with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities aligned with company directives.
• Perform category management and use MRP systems.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, source alternatives.
• Handle transactional purchasing and PO processing.
• Expedite open orders and manage ETAs in ERP (ECI-M1).
• Conduct RFI/RFQ/RFP procedures to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate order dates and coordinate with local/overseas suppliers.
• Define stock levels and reorder points per forecast.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Engineering and Finance teams.
• Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and QMS requirements.
