Job summary

You will perform market research, request quotations, compare pricing and lead times, and verify deliveries against orders, reporting to the Purchasing Manager. A degree in business and 1–3 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Send accurate and timely purchase orders to suppliers based on internal requisitions and project requirements.
• Must have proficiency in basic MS Office applications for purchase order management and documentation.
• Perform market research and request quotations to compare pricing, quality, and lead times, ensuring optimal purchasing decisions.
• Arrange and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure they are aligned with the client's purchase order specifications and agreed timelines.
• Verify received materials against purchase order and delivery receipts; address any discrepancies or delays promptly
• Will be reporting to Purchasing Manager
