Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or purchasing administration or flooring/construction preferred.
• Experience preparing and managing project submittals and close-out documentation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with vendors.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: support Senior Purchaser, compile materials lists, coordinate lead times.
• Submittals: prepare and submit material specs, compliance docs, warranty info.
• Document management: prepare submittal cover sheets, distribute electronic packs.
• Vendor communication: track orders, relay updates, resolve discrepancies.
• Record keeping: maintain purchase orders, invoices, delivery confirmations for audits.
• Administrative support: handle correspondence, organize files, support purchasing dept.
