Qualifications

• 3+ years direct purchasing experience required.
• Hands-on purchasing and expediting orders.
• Experience with PO, quotations, and vendor sales orders.
• Construction/building-material purchasing preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review quotations and prepare purchase orders.
• Ensure POs match approved quotations.
• Send orders to vendors and review vendor sales orders.
• Verify materials and specs before approvals.
• Follow up on order status, production, and delivery schedules.
• Track delivery dates and update installation team.
• Maintain purchasing records and notify delays or issues.
• Use QuickBooks for purchasing tasks and records.
