Eggs Unlimited is seeking a Purchasing Associate to work remotely from the Philippines, aligning with US hours. You will handle essential procurement admin tasks, process orders, verify specifications and pricing, and generate purchase orders for suppliers.

Qualified candidates typically have 3–5 years of admin experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple supplier relationships while maintaining accuracy. This role offers a remote setup within the Philippines.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Experience processing orders from multiple sources including EDI.
• Ability to verify product specifications, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Experience creating purchase orders and liaising with sales teams and suppliers.
• Strong relationships with customers and suppliers; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Logistics - Procurement (check Ops Sheets, create labels).
• Review and process order entries from customers, sales team, and EDI systems.
• Verify accuracy of product specs, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Create purchase orders and confirm details with sales; send to suppliers.
• Enter PO details into systems and Excel spreadsheets; include pricing and specs.
• Assist with obtaining compliance paperwork and certificates as required by carriers and suppliers.
• Coordinate daily communications with suppliers about orders, shortages, substitutions, date changes; relay to sales, freight, and accounting teams.
• Update purchase orders and systems promptly to reflect changes; ensure accuracy.
• Familiarize with customer and supplier preferences.
• Support special projects and reports as requested by management.
