Job summary

Eggs Unlimited is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team in the Philippines. You will coordinate and support logistical operations to ensure smooth movement of goods, track shipments, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records, updating forecasts and reports, coordinating weekly carton counts, and communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, administration, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate records of shipping activities, inventory data, photos, and logistics documentation.
• Plan and order materials for assigned facilities and ensure adequate on-hand inventory levels.
• Track order deliveries and communicate with suppliers and receiving parties.
• Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc logistics and inventory reports.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics updates.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing logistics-related communications.
• Coordinate weekly carton count collection from various partner facilities.
• Obtain and update weekly inventory data and maintain internal records accordingly.
• Maintain and regularly update internal load and inventory tracking worksheets.
• Update external carton status in internal reporting and tracking tools and reconcile discrepancies.
• Send daily inventory reports for external locations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage and update spreadsheets tracking inbound purchase orders and shipment statuses.
• Regularly update forecasting spreadsheets, including both plant and warehouse data.
• Maintain plant inventory data, including carton loads and stock movement.
• Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) received from warehouses accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and approve extra charges on invoices from various partner facilities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
• Participate in team meetings to support logistics planning, forecasting, and operational strategies.
• Monitor and track the status of manufacturer carton shipments.
• Uphold the company's Mindset, policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
