Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Pursuit Manager to lead proposal development for new business opportunities, coordinating a remote team across Sales, SMEs, and other stakeholders. You will ensure thorough, accurate, and compelling proposals in line with client requirements and TTEC’s style.

This role supports our Manila-based remote operations and global pursuits. You will drive win themes, manage timelines, and contribute to strategy while collaborating with a diverse team in a family-friendly environment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading the proposal response process, preferably in BPO.
• Experience coordinating remote teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and time management.
• Strong knowledge of the contact center industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of sales proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
• Analyze RFxs and contribute to bid strategy and win themes.
• Coordinate an integrated pursuit team to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Define win strategies and key messages for proposals; ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage proposal development and production schedules; maintain stakeholder alignment.
