Job summary

TTEC seeks a Pursuit Manager to lead the development of sales proposals and presentations from Manila, Philippines. You will analyze RFXs, shape bid strategy, and ensure compelling, error-free proposals that win opportunities across a global client base.

You’ll coordinate an integrated pursuit team, manage schedules, and collaborate with Sales, SMEs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leading the proposal response process, preferably in BPO.
• Experience coordinating remote teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management.
• Strong industry knowledge of the contact center world.
• Experience with bid management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales proposals and presentations for new business pursuits.
• Analyze RFX requests, contribute to bid strategy and win themes.
• Define proposal plans, outlines, and ensure thorough, accurate deliverables.
• Lead integrated pursuit teams and manage schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure proposals conform to client requirements and style guides.
