Responsibilities

• Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquencies.
• Prepare notices, emails, and tenant communications.
• Maintain accurate tenant and property records.
• Coordinate lease renewals and move-ins/outs.
• Track tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide general admin support to the Orlando team.
