Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Assistant Merchandiser in the Philippines to support client programs across e-commerce, catalog, and promotions. You will source products via SAGE and ESP, confirm supplier quotes, and manage IMDL data for SKUs while ensuring accuracy of pricing and assortments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications/Business Admin and has 1–3 years in promotional products or product support, with strong English communication and MS/Google skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications; basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Experience with SAGE and ESP sourcing platforms is required.
• Knowledge of handling product images (resizing, organizing files, logo drop renderings).
• Ability to attend internal and client meetings, capture notes, and document action items.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandisers in client programs across e-commerce, catalog, and promotions.
• Source products using SAGE and ESP platforms; evaluate suppliers, pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
• Request and confirm supplier net cost quotes per specifications and agreements.
• Submit Program Product Registration documents to suppliers.
• Create and maintain Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for SKU setup and production.
• Review IMDL for completeness prior to handoff to the PDM team.
• Order and track product samples; confirm sample fees and accuracy.
• Review incoming product against proofs to support warehouse Receiving and escalate discrepancies.
• Request, track, and confirm completion of e-commerce assets (copy, size charts, imagery).
• Assist with PowerPoint decks by compiling product descriptions and pricing summaries.
• Organize documentation in program-specific folders.
• Coordinate with shared services teams to ensure follow-through.

The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Assistant Merchandiser serves as an operational partner to the Lead Merchandiser, ensuring product information, costing, and setup details are accurate and complete while following established processes and Preferred Supplier Agreements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support Merchandisers in executing client programs across Client e-commerce, catalog, and promotional initiatives.

• Source products based on requirements provided by the lead Merchandiser using SAGE and ESP platforms, identifying compliant suppliers, pricing, MOQs, decoration capabilities, and production timelines.

• Request and confirm accurate supplier net cost quotes based on provided specifications and Preferred Supplier Agreements.

• Submit Program Product Registration documents to suppliers and obtain the required Supplier

• Program IDs and confirm supplier adherence to approved pricing and agreements.

• Create and maintain Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for SKU setup and production, ensuring

• accuracy across item details, vendor information, costing components, embellishment details, HTS codes, country of origin, and dimensional data.

• Support Item Master Data Load (IMDL) updates and phase-out requests as needed.

• Review Item Master Data Load (IMDL) for completeness and accuracy prior to handoff to the PDM team.

• Order and track product samples, confirming negotiated sample fees and product accuracy.

• Review incoming product against approved proofs to support warehouse-receiving approval and escalates discrepancies as needed.

• Request, track, and confirm completion of e-commerce assets, including product copy, size charts, and web-ready imagery.

• Assist with PowerPoint presentation decks by compiling product descriptions, pricing summaries, and relevant product details.

• Organize and maintain all documentation within program-specific folders for structured record-keeping.

• Coordinate assignments with shared services teams and ensure follow-through to completion.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or product support roles preferred

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

• Industry-Specific Knowledge:

  • Experience utilizing SAGE and/or ESP sourcing platforms (required).

  • Basic knowledge of working with product images, including resizing, organizing files, and applying simple logo drop renderings.

  • Ability to attend internal and client meetings, capture accurate notes, and document clear action items.
