Globaltize is seeking a Virtual Assistant focused on project management and operations for a remote, part-time role. You will own operational workflows, manage purchase orders, quotes, and delivery timelines, and coordinate with vendors to keep projects progressing from initiation to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in Eastern Time hours, and experience with AI agents (Claude or similar) to support workflows and dashboards.
