Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management for 30–50 projects concurrently.
• Financial & Administrative Operations: manage POs, bids, and profitability data.
• Inbox & Communication Management across 10-15 shared mailboxes and Teams chats.
• Proactive follow-ups and documentation in BuilderTrend; ensure audit trails.
