Qualifications

• Excellent English written and spoken skills.
• Experience in project management or nonprofit/purpose-driven spaces is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with global teams and remote stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate client check-in meetings and internal project syncs.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies in project management platforms.
• Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and action items are completed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and project updates.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, status reports, and next steps documentation.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and recommend solutions before issues escalate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with client expectations, scope, and timelines.
• Maintain organized documentation and workflows across all active projects.
• Monitor project health and provide leadership with regular progress updates.
• Support process improvements and help streamline project operations where needed.
