Agora is seeking a Project Manager (Contractor) to support Convo AI initiatives. This remote role focuses on planning, coordination, and execution of internal projects, customer-facing deliverables, and marketing assets.

You will work across teams and time zones, maintain project trackers, run weekly planning meetings, and ensure on-time delivery while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Experience with tech or media projects and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience in tech, media, or customer-facing work.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones with global teams.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to schedule meetings, align on deliverables, and keep timelines on track.
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring all tasks progress efficiently from kickoff to completion.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to gather and deliver promotional materials (headshots, bios, social clips, case study content).
• Lead weekly planning meetings to align teams, track status, and proactively flag risks or blockers.
• Maintain a clear project tracker and regularly update key stakeholders on progress, timelines, and open issues.
• Support special projects or customer engagements as needed, with a focus on operational excellence and clear communication.
