Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field; not required.
Experience with Lovable AI is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Basecamp, or similar tools.
2+ years' Jira administration experience.
Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Support the creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.
Help manage and maintain project boards, including creating, updating, and moving tickets as needed.
Track task progress and assist in ensuring team members meet deadlines.
Provide general support to the Project Manager across ad hoc operational and project-related tasks.
Assist in developing project timelines, task lists, and milestones.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up communications.
Assist in improving workflows to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
