Job summary

In a fast-paced tech/services environment, you will oversee multi-site logistics, track milestones, and build executive dashboards. Strong MS Office and PM tool experience are required, with remote/offshore collaboration expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of project coordination, operations, logistics, or procurement experience.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
• Familiarity with AI productivity and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate multiple concurrent projects with Project Managers.
• Create and maintain dynamic project schedules and milestone trackers.
• Facilitate full-cycle project communications and status updates.
• Capture meeting minutes, RAID logs, and change requests.
• Escalate risks, resource constraints, or delays to leadership.
