Job summary

Pavago is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to own and improve production AI conversation systems for a high-volume SMS lead recovery platform. You will onboard clients, configure campaigns and knowledge bases, and monitor live conversations to optimize conversions.

You will diagnose failures, refine prompts, test changes, and document system updates while collaborating directly with the founder in a fast-moving environment. Strong English writing and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running LLM or AI systems in production.
• Hands-on monitoring and improving production AI outputs.
• Experience with prompt engineering and system prompt optimization.
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior, failure modes, and iterative testing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients into the AI conversation platform and set up integrations.
• Monitor live conversations, diagnose issues, and improve prompts and system logic.
• Analyze performance data and optimize for conversion.
• Collaborate with the founder and document changes clearly.
