Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Project Coordinator to support a U.S.-based full-service marketing agency that helps home service businesses build brands and grow.

You will coordinate web, print, and digital projects from kickoff to final delivery, keeping timelines on track and updating stakeholders with accurate information. You will assist Project Managers, manage task tools, and conduct QA checks and proofs to ensure work aligns with client scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in project coordination, admin, or agency support.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Willing to work overnight US hours from the Philippines.
• Familiarity with digital/workflow tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating web, print, and digital projects through the full delivery process.
• Maintain and update project timelines; flag delays to the PM.
• Manage task tools to keep stakeholders informed of status.
• Take notes in meetings; distribute recaps and action items on time.
• Assist with vendor/quote processes for print and digital deliverables.
• Support QA checks and basic website testing before client review.
• Help route deliverables through proofs and track feedback.
• Ensure time tracking stays accurate and up to date.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and agenda preparation for meetings.
