DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Production Coordinator to oversee day-to-day purchasing, production, and operations for orders from purchase to delivery.

You will monitor order status, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate client and vendor records while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in related fields, with a schedule aligned to EST/US hours and Philippine time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in promotional products, customer service, or order management.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work overnight or US-hours with Philippine time.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor orders and confirmations with vendors; ensure PO accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for proofs, status, and tracking information.
• Request inventory, quotes, and lead times from vendors.
• Provide order updates to clients and internal teams via templates.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery; maintain files and databases.
