Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Project Coordinator to join our growing U.S.-based marketing agency that helps home service businesses build brands and grow. You will support Project Managers in coordinating web, print, and digital projects through the full delivery process—from kickoff and timeline management to QA and final delivery.

You will keep project information accurate, flag risks early, document meetings and action items, and ensure every deliverable aligns with the client's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or agency support role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient in Mac or Microsoft Office products; familiar with digital and print workflows; knowledge of task management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating web, print, and digital projects through the full delivery process.
• Assist in maintaining and updating project timelines, flagging potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Manage and update task management tools to ensure all stakeholders have accurate, current information on project status.
• Take notes during internal and client project meetings; distribute recaps and action items on time.
• Support the vendor/quote process for print and digital deliverables as directed by the Project Manager.
• Assist with Quality Assurance checks on deliverables, including basic website testing before client review.
• Help traffic final deliverables to clients or third parties, ensuring files align with the SOW.
• Ensure project time tracking is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in onboarding documentation and process updates as directed by the Project Office team.
• Assist in preparing agendas and gathering project materials ahead of internal and client meetings.
• Help monitor projects to ensure they remain within client-approved scope; escalates scope concerns to the Project Manager.
• Assist with the internal review process by routing deliverables through proof review software and tracking feedback.
• With the ever-changing technology of A.I., other duties may be assigned, added, and/or removed.
