The role involves coordinating tasks with leadership, tracking follow-ups, and supporting planning with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience with construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, project coordination, or construction administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, software, and digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks remotely.
• Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
• Reliable and responsive when working with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Complete quantity takeoffs from plans and project information.
• Assist with preparing project estimates.
• Help prepare and organize invoices.
• Assist with project scheduling and maintaining schedule information.
• Organize project documents, measurements, estimates, and related information.
• Review project details and make sure required information is complete and organized.
• Support the development and implementation of estimating, takeoff, invoicing, and scheduling systems.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Follow established processes and help identify opportunities to improve them.
• Provide reliable administrative and project support to the owner.
