Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Project Coordinator to support US-based marketing projects. You’ll assist Project Managers across web, print, and digital deliverables from kickoff to delivery, ensuring scope alignment and timely, accurate updates.

You’ll work in a fast-paced agency environment, coordinating multiple projects, with a graveyard-friendly schedule in Philippine time and US hours. This role offers remote work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in project coordination or agency support.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate web, print, and digital projects through the full delivery process.
• Maintain and update project timelines and flag delays.
• Manage task tools so stakeholders have current project status.
• Take notes in meetings and distribute recaps on time.
• Support vendor/quote processes for print and digital deliverables.
• Assist with QA checks and basic website testing before client review.
• Traffic final deliverables to clients, ensuring alignment with the SOW.
• Ensure accurate time tracking across projects.
• Assist onboarding and process updates by Project Office.
