Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administration experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong documentation control and file management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Contract Variation Requests (CVRs).
• Monitor client approvals & evidence tracking.
• Ensure correct filing of CVRs and approvals.
