Job summary

24x7 Direct is seeking a highly organised Sales Executive for a remote, full-time position in the Philippines. You will manage customer inquiries, CRM updates, scheduling, and administrative tasks, working closely with the Director to support business growth.

You must handle inbound inquiries, perform outbound follow-ups, and maintain professional communication in English. Proficiency with Go High Level CRM, Google Workspace, and related tools is essential to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in virtual assistance or related admin role.
• Experience handling inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups (no cold calls).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong customer-handling skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office, Xero, CRM and Go High Level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary telephone point of service and client concierge.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and customer service requests professionally.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups, confirmations, and updates.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and routing based on Australian locations.
• Maintain CRM data, update sales pipeline, and prepare proposals.
