Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a highly organized Product Coordinator to manage live entertainment VIP packages and content across our core websites and other channels.

You will edit, update, and publish content to ensure a smooth user experience, collaborate with the VIP Product team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while supporting weekend and EST-aligned schedules.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of related experience (event production, VIP services, hospitality, ticketing).
• Skills: Experience with Zoom and Slack.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including EST and weekends.
• Passion for sports, concerts, and theater events.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage VIP package offers across multiple platforms to publish and manage offerings swiftly.
• Provide administrative support to expand reach and boost production with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain content following VIP Product Manager guidelines and perform timely updates.
• Coordinate workflow with the VIP Product team to maximize output and revenue.
• Track KPIs to meet departmental goals with speed and precision.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt quickly to changes.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain high product delivery standards.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by the VIP Product Manager.
