Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Procurement Associate to streamline purchasing across departments and sites. You will process requests, manage BOM and ticketing workflows, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes vendor management, accurate invoicing, and timely deliveries while coordinating with Finance. A hybrid work setup is available with opportunities for growth in a large offshore service provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Admin related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end purchasing or procurement activities.
• Familiarity with vendor evaluation, negotiation tactics, and quotation analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase requests from various departments and sites.
• Manage ticketing workflows and BOM requests.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality.
• Maintain vendor relationships and accreditation records.
• Prepare cost comparison summaries from quotations.
• Create and track purchase orders for CAPEX, office supplies, and materials.
• Track delivery and receipt of goods and services and coordinate with Finance for invoices.
