Ethos is an expert network connecting professionals with investors and consultancies. We are partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced people operations managers who can help train their language model on professional documents.

The role is fully remote, 5–20 hours per week, with compensation at 70 USD per hour. Start date ASAP. You will own writing and refining HR documents, policies, and templates across the hiring lifecycle and workforce operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an HR generalist, recruiter, or people operations professional.
• Direct ownership of writing job descriptions, offer letters, HR policy, or performance-review materials.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated HR documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support job descriptions, interview scorecards, offer letters, compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, and performance templates.
