Job summary

Ethos, a network connecting experts with investors, seeks experienced procurement managers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This role focuses on core workflows: RFP drafting, vendor scoring, contract and SLA review, spend analyses, and risk assessments.

Remote, flexible 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Compensation is $70 per hour for engaging, paid expert calls and advisory opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor/supplier management.
• Direct ownership of running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating or reviewing vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train the language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Support procurement workflows including RFP/RFQ drafting, vendor evaluation, and contract reviews.
