Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced RFP manager to help train a language model on professional document tasks related to government solicitations. This remote, flexible role requires 5+ years of leading RFI/RFP responses, with ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans.

Responsibilities include crafting high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows and assisting in proposal development for public-sector opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public-sector or government contracting opportunities
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past-performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows (RFI responses, solicitation matrices, past-performance narratives, pricing submissions, capture plans, executive summaries)
• Support training of the language model on professional document tasks for government solicitations
• Ensure high-quality, compliant outputs aligned with solicitation requirements
