Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based ProBooks Accounting Specialist to support a U.S.-based partner by handling invoice processing, payments, and account reconciliation from a remote Philippines location.

The role focuses on accurate daily recording and ongoing ledger maintenance. You will manage AP/AR, assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience or equivalent.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience with ProBooks Accounting and familiarity with AP/AR processes.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions (purchases, receipts, sales, payments).
• Reconcile general ledger, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
• Process accounts payable and receivable including invoicing and collections.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting and audits.
