Job summary

Ethos is seeking a pricing manager to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on pricing strategy, willingness-to-pay analysis, and monetization analytics, with ownership of elasticity models and packaging decisions.

This fully remote opportunity offers flexible 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation of $90/hour. Work schedule is self-managed across international time zones and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis with direct ownership of price elasticity models and packaging and tiering recommendations.
• Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and building revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as price elasticity models and willingness-to-pay analyses.
• Provide packaging and tiering recommendations, discount governance, and deal desk guardrail spreadsheets; produce benchmarking summaries and revenue waterfall analyses.
• Deliver pricing experiment readouts for executive stakeholders and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
