Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of pricing and packaging to help train a language model on professional documents and presentations. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week) and compensation at $90/hour, with ownership of pricing strategy and monetization analytics.

You will drive elasticity analyses, tiering decisions, and discount governance, delivering insights and executive-ready reports while collaborating with our expert network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis.
• Advanced fluency in willingness‑to‑pay analysis, discount governance, and revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop price elasticity models, willingness-to-pay analyses, and packaging recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready pricing dashboards and governance materials.
