Job summary

Ethos is seeking pricing and packaging leadership to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role requires ownership of pricing strategy and monetization analyses across core workflows.

You will craft elasticity, discount governance, and revenue waterfall models, plus packaging recommendations for executive stakeholders. Flexible 5–20 hours weekly, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis with direct ownership of price elasticity models and packaging/tiering recommendations.
• Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop price elasticity models and willingness-to-pay analyses.
• Produce packaging and tiering recommendation decks and discount governance materials.
• Build deal desk guardrail spreadsheets and conduct competitive price benchmarking.
• Prepare revenue waterfall models and margin impact analyses for executives.
• Present pricing experiment readouts to senior stakeholders.
