Job summary

Ubiquiti Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer in the Philippines to engage with enterprise customers and channel partners. You will design scalable IT and networking solutions while helping to expand UniFi's presence in the region. The role requires 3+ years of pre-sales experience, a degree in IT or Computer Engineering, and excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog. Remote work flexibility and travel opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise IT or pre-sales experience.
• Familiarity with AV-over-IP, PTP, and multicast systems.
• Experience with NAS, RAID, and data sharing protocols.
• Knowledge of UniFi Protect, CCTV/IP surveillance, and Access Control integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solution designs, proposals, and pre-sales consultations.
• Deliver webinars, partner workshops, and POCs.
• Collaborate with sales to design scalable deployments.
• Strengthen brand visibility through partner and retail channels.
• Provide technical feedback and market insights.

Experience with MC-LAG, Stacking, OSPF, BGP, and SD-WAN
