Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is a premier destination wedding and luxury event media brand seeking a PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines, collaborating with our Australia team and partners worldwide.

You will lead end-to-end events, drive PR and media activity, and help deliver partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands, ensuring seamless experiences and measurable results across channels.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years' experience in events, PR, communications or marketing.
• Proven experience delivering events end to end, from concept to post-event reporting.
• PR and media relations experience, including writing materials and pitches.
• Strong project management with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with remote teams across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Wedded Wonderland events from start to finish, including brand events, bridal showcases and VIP experiences.
• Own event timelines, budgets, run sheets, project trackers and critical paths.
• Manage venue sourcing, supplier and vendor coordination, styling, logistics, guest lists and RSVPs.
• Be the remote point of coordination on event days, ensuring run sheets are followed.
• Deliver pre- and post-event reporting, including attendance, partner value and learnings.
• Build and maintain media lists, write press materials and coordinate influencer activity.
• Support partnerships by coordinating deliverables and brand integrations at events.
