Job summary

Wedded Wonderland, a premier wedding and luxury events brand, seeks a PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator. This fully remote role based in the Philippines collaborates with Australia and global partners to bring brand experiences to life.

You will manage end-to-end events, drive PR and media activity, and nurture partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands. A strong organizer with remote collaboration skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years' experience in events, PR, communications or marketing.
• Delivered end-to-end events at large or intimate scales.
• PR/media relations including writing press materials and pitches.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; premium brand sense.
• Experience coordinating with remote teams and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events from concept through post-event reporting.
• Build media/influencer lists and coordinate press events.
• Coordinate partnerships and sponsor deliverables at activations.
• Keep calendars, run sheets and budgets on track.
• Work with sales, marketing and content to align activations with brand.
