Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a PR Specialist in the Philippines for a remote, part‑time role focused on securing high‑value podcast, media, and speaking opportunities around an upcoming book launch.

You will own outreach, scheduling, and coordination, translating goals into actionable plans and executing with minimal direction. Strong English, copywriting, and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of PR, media outreach, podcast booking, marketing or related field.
• Experience supporting a thought leader, author, executive, coach or professional services brand.
• Strong ability to identify and pursue podcasts, media and speaking opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting for pitches and outreach.
• Excellent research and prospecting skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Highly proactive and able to own outcomes.
• Attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable communicating on behalf of senior executives.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, writing and execution.
• Understanding of the US media, podcast and thought leadership landscape.

Responsibilities

• Book Launch Strategy & Execution: translate goals into a clear plan and priorities.
• PR & Media Outreach: pitch journalists, publications, media outlets, and newsletters.
• Podcast Booking: identify podcasts, pitch, manage outreach, coordinate bookings.
• Speaking Opportunities: pursue relevant engagements and events.
• Speaking Tour Coordination: plan multi‑city media opportunities around appearances.
• Thought Leadership Marketing: position author as credible leader in executive coaching.
• Pitch & Copywriting: write pitches, outreach emails and talking points.
• Research & Opportunity Identification: continuously identify opportunities.
• Publisher Coordination: work with publisher and contacts to maximize launches.
• Project Management: track outreach, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Proactive Execution: anticipate steps and drive progress without direction.
• AI‑Assisted Marketing: leverage AI tools for research, content and efficiency.
