MicroSourcing is seeking a Paid Search Team Lead to spearhead a team of Paid Search Specialists and drive SEM campaigns for B2B clients. The role combines people leadership with hands-on optimization to ensure campaign performance and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in Paid Search/SEM, 1 year in a team leadership capacity, and strong analytics to guide strategy and client success. This is a work-from-home opportunity in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search/SEM campaigns in B2B.
• 1 year in a Team Lead or supervisory role.
• Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists to achieve performance objectives.
• Oversee planning, execution, optimization, and performance of SEM campaigns for B2B clients.
• Monitor budgets, keyword strategy, bidding, and key performance metrics.
• Provide campaign strategy guidance and troubleshoot performance issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign delivery.

The Paid Search Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Paid Search Specialists while overseeing the successful execution and optimization of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns for B2B clients. This role combines people leadership with hands‑on paid search responsibilities, ensuring campaign performance, operational excellence, and continuous team development. The Team Lead serves as a key point of support for campaign strategy, client success, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Paid Search Specialists to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
• Manage workload allocation, campaign delivery timelines, and overall team productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the professional development of team members.
• Establish and promote best practices, quality standards, and process improvements across the team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Paid Search

• Oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns across search advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, keyword strategy, bidding, and other key performance metrics.
• Review campaign recommendations and optimization opportunities based on performance data.Support reporting and analysis using campaign dashboards and web analytics platforms.
• Provide guidance on campaign strategy and troubleshoot performance issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience managing Paid Search, SEM, PPC, or Search Engine Marketing campaigns within a B2B environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory capacity, including coaching or managing team performance.
• Demonstrated experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads or similar search advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or similar analytics and reporting tools.
• Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications.
• Experience working within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Experience presenting campaign performance and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders.
