Job summary

Offshore Launch is seeking a Customer Service VA to support a Texas-based plumbing client from a remote setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on scheduling, client communication, and admin tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with HVAC/plumbing experience and English fluency. The position offers a remote, people-first environment with growth opportunities, HMO, PTO, transparent bonuses, and pathways for advancement

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in HVAC or Plumbing.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar scheduling software.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• Willingness to learn plumbing services.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule appointments in Service Titan, dispatch technicians.
• Handle overflow and after-hours inquiries.
• Use AT&T Office@Hand/RingCentral to manage calls and coordinate with team.
• Track leads with Scorpion and Chirp dashboards.
• Follow scripts for smooth bookings.
• Coordinate with technicians and office managers for job details.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Complete other admin tasks as needed.
