Job summary

Remote Workmate in the Philippines is seeking an Assessment Platform Administrator & Enablement Specialist (Part-Time). You will own the assessment platform end-to-end, govern configurations, and drive AI-enhanced workflows across teams, replacing ticket queues with proactive enablement.

This long-term remote role targets 20–30 hours per week and works alongside a US-based ESG-focused client. You’ll align platform logic, permissions, templates, and data flows, translate complex technical

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or platform administration.
Experience owning platform governance and enablement in a modern operations environment.
Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and knowledge management tools.

Responsibilities

Own platform governance, configurations, and ownership for assessment operations.
Lead internal enablement and translate complex concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders.
Manage workflow optimization, permissions, templates, and data integrity across platforms.
Oversee end-to-end project execution from triage to delivery and continuous improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendor relationships as needed.
