You will manage calendars, inboxes, travel, and day-to-day operations for the Founder, explore AI tools and simple automations, and help streamline workflows while maintaining high standards of communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EA/Operations experience
• Remote work experience in startups or small teams
• Experience managing a Founder/Executive inbox
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Manage inboxes, calendars, scheduling, and travel
• Coordinate day-to-day ops for the Founder
• Follow up with clients, partners, stakeholders professionally
• Prepare documents, reports, and updates
• Set up and maintain simple automations across platforms
• Review AI outputs for quality before sharing
