Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Pipeline Sales Analyst to support the Sales team with data-driven insights and pipeline management. This permanent, work-from-home role focuses on analyzing sales performance, tracking opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations for growth.

You will collaborate with Sales Planning and Demand Planning to forecast using historical data and market trends, ensuring accurate pipeline data and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in sales analytics, pipeline management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience or exposure to the FMCG, F&B, beverage, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing sales data, business opportunities, and market trends.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in following up on tasks and opportunities.
• Comfortable working directly with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and report sales and pipeline data.
• Monitor and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with Sales teams to identify and accurately record new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity information using Creatio, Sigma, and other relevant systems.
• Proactively follow up with Sales Representatives to support opportunity progression and pipeline accuracy.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting sales stages, trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support sales performance and business growth.
• Support the development of sales plans, objectives, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning and Demand Planning teams on sales forecasting using pipeline activity, historical data, and market trends.
• Participate in team meetings, performance improvement initiatives, and business planning activities.
