Job summary

More Staffing is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our growing BI team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work on data integration from multiple sources, ensure data quality, and support reporting and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related tools. Strong SQL/Python skills and 1–3 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and monitor data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric.
• Support data integration from Oracle, Salesforce, TELUS TPM, NIQ, and MSAi data sources.
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data across multiple systems.
• Identify and investigate data quality issues.
• Prepare and optimize datasets for Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Document data pipelines, integrations, and technical processes.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts to meet business reporting requirements.
