Job summary

TJM Labs is seeking a Pharmacy Bot Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for pharmacies using TJM automation. You will join a customer pod with Customer Success Managers, Implementation Leads, and technical teams.

This is not an ownership role; you are the first line of contact to understand what the customer is experiencing and to route issues efficiently. You’ll ask targeted questions, gather examples, review logs, and reproduce behavior when possible to help engineers investigate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment (retail, hospital, or similar).
• Hands-on familiarity with pharmacy workflows and management systems.
• Technical curiosity and a genuine interest in how things work.
• Clear writing and the ability to document details for others.
• Patience and professionalism when customers are frustrated.
• Ability to manage multiple questions remotely and follow up effectively.
• Understanding of PHI handling and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Be the responsive first point of support for pharmacy customers across channels.
• Ask targeted questions to understand what customers experience and gather needed details.
• Escalate only when necessary, providing clear context and evidence.
• Create high-quality tickets with structured problem statements and steps.
• Understand each customer's pharmacy workflow and how TJM automation fits.
• Communicate updates clearly and manage expectations during investigation.
• Collaborate with Success, Implementation, and engineering to resolve issues.
